Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering. - 5 to 10 years of experience in roof cladding and PU, PIR, Rockwool Panels, Purlin, Decking & Flashing Installation. - Knowledge of cold room and clean room projects.
Key Skills:
1. ERP Knowledge: Proficient in working with ERP systems for project management and estimation. 2. Software Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of MS-Office. 3. Project Estimation: Strong experience in project estimation aligned with GCC norms and standards.
Responsibilities:
- Project Estimation: Analyze project requirements and provide accurate cost estimations for materials, labor, and installation. Prepare detailed BOQs for various cladding and panel projects. - Technical Analysis: Evaluate and propose suitable materials like sandwich panels, purlins, decking, and flashings based on project specifications. - Collaboration: Coordinate with design, procurement, and installation teams to ensure project requirements are met within budget. - Market Analysis: Stay updated with GCC market standards and pricing norms for efficient estimation and bidding. - Reporting: Generate comprehensive project estimation reports and present them to stakeholders.
Work Environment:
Office-based role with occasional site visits as required for project assessment.
