Our Story

Emaar Group, founded in 2004, is an established provider of building envelope and construction solutions in the region. Subsequently, Emaar Industries LLC was established in the Sultanate of Oman as the Group's manufacturing arm for insulated sandwich panels.

Operating from a state-of-the-art 50,000 sq.m manufacturing facility equipped with five advanced production lines, Emaar Industries has a production capacity exceeding 12,000 sq.m per day and offers more than 135 product variations.

The company manufactures PIR, PU and Rockwool insulated sandwich panels for roofing, wall cladding, cold rooms, industrial buildings, warehouses and other commercial and construction applications. Its product range also includes single-skin sheets, flashings, accessories and related building envelope solutions.

Supported by more than 750 skilled professionals across the Group, Emaar provides reliable and energy-efficient solutions designed to meet applicable international standards, serving projects across Oman, the GCC and international export markets.
