- Supervise and coordinate all steel structure and sandwich panel erection activities on site. - Plan daily work assignments and allocate manpower, tools, and equipment effectively. - Ensure erection work is carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules. - Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with project quality standards. - Coordinate with the Site Engineer, Project Manager, client representatives, and subcontractors.
