150 mm PUR Wall Sandwich Panel

150 mm PUR/PIR Wall Sandwich Panel is made for projects where high wall insulation is a priority. It is suitable for large factories, warehouses, logistics facilities and buildings that need stronger control of indoor temperature. With a 150 mm insulation core, it is designed for projects that need more thermal protection than standard 50 mm, 75 mm or 100 mm wall panels.

When is 150 mm worth considering?
A thicker wall panel becomes more useful when the building has large wall areas, strong outdoor heat exposure and continuous air-conditioning. For a large GCC facility, the wall is exposed to heat every day. Choosing a higher insulation level at the construction stage can be much easier than trying to improve the building envelope later.

an small detail that can make a big difference: the skin
For a 150 mm panel, don't look only at the core.
If the building is close to the coast, aluminium skin (PPAL) can be a smart choice because it offers better resistance to corrosion in humid and salty environments. If strength and impact resistance are more important, galvanized steel (PPGI) can be preferred.
And if you want a balance, PPAZ (Aluzinc) sits between the two.

Color matters in the GCC
Emaar Industries offers different RAL colors and coatings. RAL 9002 and RAL 9010 are among the popular choices for GCC projects, especially where a light roof or wall color is preferred to reduce solar heat absorption.
