Al Rusayl Hills Warehouses - Madayn Rusail Industrial Area

Emaar Industries is proud to have completed the Al Rusayl Hills Warehouses project, a large-scale industrial development in the Madayn Rusail Industrial Area, Oman. This significant undertaking involved supplying and installing more than 70,000 square meters of roof and wall sandwich panels with a Rock Wool core across a 50,000 square meter built-up area dedicated to modern warehousing facilities.

The project was executed by Emaar Industries' expert Erection Team, ensuring seamless installation with meticulous attention to detail. In addition to the high-quality roof panels, the installation included full accessories, such as flashings, ridge sheets, curve sheets, gutters, and partitions, delivering a comprehensive solution that meets the highest industry standards for performance and durability.

A unique aspect of the Al Rusayl Hills Warehouses is the use of Rock Wool core sandwich panels, which offer a 180-minute fire rating. These panels provide superior fire resistance, making them an ideal solution for industrial warehouses, ensuring the safety and security of stored goods. The Rock Wool core technology not only enhances fire safety but also contributes to better thermal and acoustic insulation, improving the overall efficiency of the warehouse operations.
